I don't know what to do with myself. For once in a very long while, my presence is not required across the state. Waking up well after the sun arose in a welcomed change. My current job requires me to get up each morning at 6 in order to be the traffic on my way to work. Anna and I did venture out of the house to IKEA to finally purchase two chairs for our rather bare "living room". Sweden's second greatest import (the first being ABBA) was packed with students preparing for a year of school. It seems so long ago that I was in their shoes. Maybe I just feel a little old or yearn for the carefree days of college but then the thought of homework quickly returns my sanity. I am off to help the wife with odds and ends around the house.

Another day draws to a close and my mind returns to this weekend spent in a crowded tent in the rain in the middle of nowhere. Anna's family had their yearly family reunion near State College, PA. Her family had camped in a near by state park for the weekend before they journey up to New Hampershire. We arrived just in time to enjoy the five star dinner of steak, hamburgers, and potatoes all cooked over the open fire. The rest of the evening was spent socializing by the fire and erecting our little tent. As we brush our teeth under an old spicket, we felt the soft touch of rain gently falling through the trees. Everyone who lives in the chaos of modern city life should enjoy the pleasure of a night spent in tent under the gentle rain. Hopefully, it wont take me another 23 years before I enjoy another night like that one.

One life ended and another has begun. On July 29th, the day finally came for which so many people were planning. Anna was absolutely breath taking and I enjoyed every minute of it. I couldnt possibly go into all the details nor will I. All I would say is be careful who you marry because it will effect your entire life for good or bad. Once you have discovered the one person you love, strive after them with all your heart because nothing will make you happier. To all I wish thee a goodnight.
